Engineered for both comfort and support, the DFX is one of the most comfortable fixed back seats available today. Its versatile design allows for side or bottom mounting, making it a practical choice for nearly any driver.
Using Corbeau’s vehicle-specific brackets, the DFX can also be installed in a wide variety of cars, trucks, and SUVs. Please note: side mounts will not work with Corbeau bottom mount slider brackets.
Installing a seat should not mean compromise or guesswork. Corbeau’s aluminum side mount allows you to customize the height and angle of your seat for maximum comfort and control. This kit includes two pieces that attach to either side of a single seat and the floor, providing a secure and adjustable mounting solution compatible with any vehicle.

- Sold and priced per seat, with a pair option at checkout; brackets and sliders are not included.
- Side mounts are a separately purchased add-on and will not work with Corbeau's bottom-mount slider brackets — choose one mounting approach before ordering hardware.
- Corbeau currently lists 5-point capability with the anti-submarine slot as an included add-on, but earlier DFX production had no sub slot per older retailer listings — confirm with the seller if you're planning a 5-point harness.
- Unlike Corbeau's FX1 line, the DFX uses a padded tubular steel frame rather than a fiberglass composite shell, trading shell-seat rigidity for more comfort at a lower weight class of use.
- The DFX comes in one size only — if you're between sizes or need a wider fit, the FX1 Pro's S/M/L range covers up to a 42" waist.
