Things to know
- The lever and knob thread onto the pivot at setup and must be run all the way down and tightened — a partially threaded lever can damage the shifter.
- Calibration is automatic, so leave the shifter in neutral when powering up the rig and give it a few shifts to settle; it also needs to recalibrate after any roller profile change.
- Swapping roller profiles changes the shift feel from firmly tactile through to a near-silent option for shared spaces, but it requires partial disassembly, a dab of lithium grease, and running a matched pair — profiles should never be mixed.
- Slots on both ends of the mounting plate let the shifter be rotated to the angle you want on an aluminum profile side mount, and the M6 slot nuts and bolts are in the box.
- Sim-Lab sells an optional Track Pack accessory bundle with a short lever and black knobs for a shorter, more direct throw.
