Upgradable Torque uDFP20 Wheel Base
Upgrade to a higher torque at any time - once you receive your wheelbase, download our DirectForce Config Tool to activate it with your purchase code. From there you will be able to purchase higher torque levels whenever you like (you only pay the difference for the upgrade). Once you unlock a torque level, you have permanent access to it.
The VRS Mounting Bracket is designed to securely connect your wheel base to your sim rig. Depending on the type of sim racing rig you have, you may or may not need this optional mounting bracket. If your rig already comes with a front motor mounting bracket, you likely don't need this mounting bracket. This mounting bracket cannot connect your wheel base to a desk or table. The VRS Mounting Bracket is compatible with both the VRS DirectForce Pro Wheel Base and the VRS DFP15 Wheel Base.
This hub adapter allows you to mount OSW compatible 70mm PCD steering wheels, quick releases or OSW conversion kits to the VRS® DirectForce Pro Wheel Base. This hub adapter has 6x threaded holes which makes it easy to directly mount a steering wheel or quick-release. Please note that some quick releases and OSW wheel conversion kits require hub adapters with through holes. Please contact the maker of your OSW wheel, quick release or OSW conversion kit to confirm whether you need a threaded or through-hole hub adapter.

QR Connect (u)DFP20 Adapter is a kit that allows the conversion of DFP20 or upgradable uDFP20 wheelbases to the new VRS QR Connect system. QR Connect (u)DFP20 Adapter includes a slip-ring so the cable is fully decoupled from a steering wheel rotation. This allows for the removal of mechanical stress from the cable connecting a steering wheel to the user's PC, meaning no more twist or tension issues. QR Connect (u)DFP20 Adapter is a kit that allows the conversion of DFP20 or upgradable uDFP20 wheelbases to the new VRS QR Connect system. Things to know
- Same hardware at every tier — torque levels are unlocked permanently with a one-time code in the Config Tool, you pay only the difference to step up, and the unlocked level transfers to a new owner on resale.
- No internet connection is required for normal use; you only need to be online (with the Config Tool) when activating or upgrading a torque level.
- This is a two-piece system: the motor plus a separate steel controller box housing the 400 W fanless PSU and brake resistor, so plan rig space and cable routing for both.
- The front-flange mounting holes are not threaded (screw and nut required), and bottom mounting needs the optional VRS Mounting Bracket sold separately.
- There's no integrated quick release — VRS wheels like the R295 attach via the QR Connect adapter, while 70 mm PCD / OSW-style wheels and QRs require the separate VRS Hub Adapter.
